- Once Pre-order is closed, all order and shipment updates will be sent to emails provided at checkout
- Please allow 8-12 weeks for order fulfillment after pre-order window closes (Jan. 8, 2022), as production will not commence until pre-order closes.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
Nomad Woodcraft is built on quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please contact us at nomadwoodcraft.pa@gmail.com. Returns may be initiated no more than 15 days after delivery. Refunds will be provided for any product that arrives damaged, and remains unaltered by the consumer. Free Returns and Exchanges are provided for any product damaged en route during shipment.

Clothing: Clothing may not be worn or altered in order to qualify for returns or exchanges

Exchanges will be provided while supplies last, otherwise the customer will be refunded with a Nomad Woodcraft Gift Card.
